In preparation for summer, we have come up with extra activities for boredom busters! We have setup a few tables to keep the kids busy and added a few activities to our courtyard.
Lincoln Logs were donated to the museum last year by a generous patron. They are a gift that keeps on giving! Kids love building with them, and adults love reminiscing of when they would play with them.
There are many benefits of puzzles such as, hand-eye coordination, fine & gross motor skills, problem solving, and shape recognition. Many different puzzles to choose from for a variety of ages!
Grab a friend or invite a new friend to play a game, such as Jenga!
Feeling like catching some rays of sun? Join us in our courtyard for some outdoor fun. Take a seat on our pink quartzite, play hopscotch or a game of tag.
Regular kids activities are available as well such as, Imagination Playground, Lego Creation Station, Reading Corner, Barbie and Craft area. Have any games, puzzles or other activities hanging around your house not being used? We take donations to add to the fun! Come join us Monday - Wednesday from 9am-4pm. As always, admission to the museum is free.
