Recap of Museum of Visual Materials at Family Night at J&L Harley-Davidson
Family Night brought to you by J&L Harley-Davidson is a kick off to the Annual Hot Harley Nights. The event is held every July and this year they are celebrating their 22nd year! Last year J&L Harley-Davidson raised over $175,000, plus thousands of dollars of in-kind donations. Their mission is to help as many children and families as they can to give a special “wish” through Make-A-Wish® South Dakota.
Not only do they have Family Night, but also a huge motorcycle parade crossing over 6.7 miles in Sioux Falls, casino run, live music, motorcycle raffle, bike show, silent auction, a variety of great food and an outdoor party at Falls Park West.
Museum of Visual Materials got to be a part of family night by hosting an area with games, chalk, hula hoops and stickers. The event was a fun and free event for families. It was a hot summer’s evening of about 96 degrees. That didn’t stop us from having a blast! All ages were welcome and featured big trucks, race cars, construction equipment, police vehicles, a NASCAR simulator, character visits of Avengers and Star Wars, kids' games and activities, and vendors.
Thanks for having us be apart of Family Night! Here are some photos of all the fun!

It was great to see familiar faces who visit the museum and also let others know about us who haven't heard of Museum of Visual Materials!
