If you are having winter blues, you are in LUCK – the Museum is hosting many great events in March to get your spirits up!
We are most excited to host our 2nd annual Storybook Ball. We had a blast last year and can’t wait to bring more fun for your family with superhero characters. This fundraising event will support our free children’s activities. In addition to having characters here for your children to interact with, there will be crafts, dancing, and a cookie decorating station. Dressing up is encouraged, so grab your favorite superhero and join us for a SUPER afternoon! Tickets are available on our website.
For our children’s activities, we will have our Story and Craft, Crafternoon, Learning to Talk about Race with Storytime and Conversation, and Homeschool Art Classes. In addition, we will have a St. Patrick’s Party during our children’s activities on Wednesday, March 13. Visit our Facebook Event page to see all the dates and times for these activities.
For adults, we have another great craft for March just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Get registered for our wood Leprechaun hat craft on our website.
If you love parades, be sure to come downtown on March 16th for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade! While we won’t be open, it is a great outing for families. More information can be found on DTSF’s website.
We thank you so very much for your patronage and hope to see you soon.
