Let’s get spooky this Halloween and create inexpensive crafts from supplies around your house! Your kids will love these simple craft ideas. Q-tips, coffee filters and paper plates can be turned into a haunting Halloween project!
We have a spider hat created out of a paper plate. Cut out the middle of plate by folding it in half and cutting around the middle. Using a hole punch, punch holes around the side to tie black pipe cleaner for the look of creepy spider legs. Draw on spider eyes for a finishing touch!
Also, we have a skeleton craft. Multi colors of q-tips are available at Dollar Tree that make craft extra fun. Turn this craft into a science lesson by learning about the bones! Print out a skeleton head or draw in your own skull! Use school glue to attach q-tips to paper.
For our next project, grab some coffee filters and glue them to a piece of paper and you have an instant ghost! Grab a marker and make eyes and a howling mouth.
These are just a few crafts that will be available at our upcoming Halloween parties.
