The Museum of Visual Materials is looking for a wide variety of mediums and content for an upcoming art show event. Please submit artwork photos to anna@sfmvm.com before March 25. The art show event is called, Art, Apps & Taps and will be held April 12th.

Timeline:
Deadline to submit artwork online: March 25, 2024
Max three artworks submitted anna@sfmvm.com. Name of artist, contact info, medium and measurements information must be included. Online only.
Notify artist accepted or denied: March 29, 2024
Selected artists drop off: April 8 & 9; 8:30am-4:30pm
Event Date: April 12; 5:30-7:30pm
Artwork pick up: April 15-16; 8:30am-4:30pm
Art Submission Information:
Images of art must be submitted by email to anna@sfmvm.com to be accepted or denied by art jury.
Please make sure your artwork will be able to be properly hung on our rod & hook system before setup date. Before submitting artwork, please make sure drop off and pick up dates work or have someone designated to help during that time.
All entries of original art or prints must be your own work or prints of your own work.
Artwork must be family friendly.
The museum does not handle art sale transactions. The artist and buyer must negotiate separately without museum staff. The museum does not take a percentage of artist’s sale. We will give customers information to artist upon guest’s interest in purchasing. Please let us know if someone purchases your work and customer will need to wait until pick up on April 15-16th.
