1. Spray paint your clothes pins. For my pattern, I spray painted 36 white, 9 blue and 27 blue.
2. Take your wire hanger and bend the bottom triangle into a circle shape.
3. Once your clothes pins are dry, start pinning. Below is a photo of how I pinned them on wire. It helps them not slide around as much.
4. On the top left portion of wreath, I alternated one white and one blue clothes pins. Then, I finished the wreath by alternating two white pins and then two blue pins and continue.
